Paul Detering will join as Alta Energy’s chief operating officer and board member; Chris Tilley will serve as chief strategy officer and executive vice president; and Marc Roper will serve as chief commercial officer and executive vice president. The Alta Energy leadership team together brings decades of expertise to help their clients enhance profitability and achieve their sustainability goals.

Detering brings over 25 years of experience leading early and growth stage companies in the clean technology, telecom and software industries. He founded and led Tioga Energy, served as the CEO and CFO at REC Solar and led CODA Energy as its first CEO. He will oversee and lead the company’s business operations in renewable energy.

Tilley brings over 20 years of experience in renewable energy and technology to Alta Energy. He formerly served as CEO of SunLink Corporation, founder and CEO of Porvenir Inc., and president and chief financial officer of Prevalent Power. Tilley will lead strategic planning and new product/service research and development, along with business development and partnership activities.
